Salah Harris is a lifelong student, mentor, and entrepreneur dedicated to youth development, workforce empowerment, and civic engagement.
Growing up in the Capital Region's extracurricular programs, including as a Little in Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), Salah experienced firsthand the power of mentorship.
Bio
During college, he co-founded Career InTouch, a peer-to-peer mentorship nonprofit serving primary and secondary schools in Kingston, NY, helping young students navigate career pathways and personal development.
Locally, Salah is recognized for his work at Albany City Hall, The Social Enterprise and Training Center (SEAT), and his active leadership in community initiatives. His efforts have positioned him as an aspirational young professional deeply committed to fostering economic and leadership opportunities in the region.
Currently, Salah serves as the Managing Partner of S&S Capitol Consulting and President of the Politics & Business Council, where he continues to shape discussions, mentorship programs, and workforce development initiatives that empower the next generation of leaders.
